With @ease™ Test Strips, monitoring the SmartChlor™ Cartridge replacement is a breeze. A single color match designates an OUT indicator, indicating the need for SmartChlor™ Cartridge replacement. As the color on the strip becomes lighter than this indicator, it's time to replace the cartridge.

@ease™ Test Strips go beyond chlorine testing. They also measure important parameters such as pH, Total Alkalinity, and Calcium Hardness, providing a comprehensive assessment of your hot tub water's balance and condition.

When using @ease™ products, it is recommended to use only @ease™ Test Strips for accurate and reliable results. Other test strips may not provide the same level of accuracy for SmartChlor™ Technology.

If you opt to use other test strips, keep in mind the following:
1) Properly balance your hot tub water, just like any other hot tub. Maintain a pH level between 7.2 to 7.8, Total Alkalinity between 80 to 120, and Calcium Hardness between 150 to 250.
2) Total chlorine will always read higher than free chlorine until the SmartChlor™ Cartridge is empty. SmartChlor™ Technology utilizes a chlorine reserve that registers as total chlorine. This reserve starts higher than normal hot tub chlorine levels and gradually depletes over the cartridge's lifespan.
3) The free chlorine reading will maintain an equilibrium state of 0.5 to 1.0 ppm. As long as your water is properly balanced, an @ease Mineral Cartridge is being used (not exceeding 4 months), and the @ease™ SmartChlor™ Cartridge is not empty, the free chlorine level will remain consistently within the recommended range. The chlorine reserve continuously converts to free chlorine to meet the hot tub's demand.

Parts must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. Electronics and all Spa Covers are non-returnable. When parts are returned, they must be in salable condition and in the original packaging. Once we inspect your return, and these conditions are met, you will receive a Store Credit that does not expire.

PLEASE Do Not Send Back Opened and/or Wet Filters. We will not be able to issue credit for Opened and/or Wet Filters.
